How To Obtain A Free Copy Of Your PSE&G Bills
- Have your 10 digit account number ready.
- Know what month or years you “need”
- Dial 1 800 436 7734
option “3” (billing)
option “0” (all other services)
“to speak with a customer services professional” (you will be connected with the next available person)
- When you speak with the Customer Services person
(make sure you get their name).
Tell them you would like a copy of your electric bill for the following timeframe (2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, etc).
They will verify your account #, name and mailing address.
- The representative should tell you that your request will require someone to look them up in customer records. They should tell you that the information will be mailed out to you and will arrive in 10 business days.
